Benefits of using feed enzymes
1. Improvement of feed digestion, thereby more efficient nutrient utilisation. (due to the enzymes, difficult to digest NSP are broken down to the smallest units, which can be readily absorbed through the intestine wall).

2. Possibility to use the cheaper, lower quality raw materials.

3. Possibility to replace “better” grains with “worse” grain.

4. In other words - more flexible feed formulation.

5. Possibility to reduce fat level. (Adding 1 kg enzyme per tonne of feed can provide up to the same energy as 2% fat, but we know there are limitations on adding fat.)

6. Improvement of feed digestion will give us an improvement of FCR- Feed Conversion Ratio with positive consequences as:
- better growth performance in pigs and chickens;
- increase of egg production,
- it means opportunity for extra profit.
For this reason feed enzymes we can call natural growth promoters.

7. Help young animals which can’t produce sufficient quantities of own enzymes.

8. Help poultry and pigs which do not produce beta-glucanase and cellulase.

9. Reduction of wet dropping syndrome, as a result of reduction in viscosity of intestinal contents thereby minimising the risk of coccidiosis, less manure and environmental protection.

10. Through viscosity reduction - improvement of animal health condition (less problems with colibacteriosis and so on).
